- The training fee is €500 per participant.

- Training Fee Spongles Course Offline: You earn €400 per course participant when training beauticians, alternative practitioners, and dermatologists who run a cosmetic practice.
- Revenue Participation: Earn from the total sales of your trained beauticians, for example. There are four different rank levels. Each rank level is rewarded with a higher percentage once the respective qualification is achieved.
- Product Sales: Enjoy a profit margin when selling to end customers.

Automatic Assignment

Trainer Earnings Plan

There are two trainer categories that are independent of each other:

1. Category – Trainer Levels (Classic Trainers) Requirements:

Normal trainers who are only allowed to train beauticians, for example. Anyone can become one with certain requirements: at least 1 year of experience in the cosmetics industry or a state-recognized beautician qualification or equivalent experience in the cosmetics field.

Earning Opportunities:

Each trainer rank level earns €400 net per student/course participant for the Spongles course offline.
Purchase and sales margin online or offline in retail.
Monthly earnings from the net purchase revenue of the students/course participants with specific percentages in commission.

Trainer-Levels:

Expert Trainer:

Requirements: 1 year of experience in the cosmetics industry, or a state-recognized cosmetology school, or equivalent experience in the cosmetics field.
Monthly license fee: €85 net + €790 net training fee. The company covers the first month’s license fee as a welcome gift.
Commission: from €1 = 3%, from €10,000 = 4%, from €30,000 = 6%, from €60,000 = 8%.

Bachelor Trainer:

Requirements: 20 students taught.
Monthly license fee: €195 net
Commission: from €1 = 4%, from €10,000 = 6%, from €30,000 = 8%, from €60,000 = 10%.

Master Trainer:

Requirements: 40 students taught.
Monthly license fee: €350 net
Commission: from €1 = 5%, from €10,000 = 7%, from €30,000 = 9%, from €60,000 = 12%.

Grand Master Trainer:

Requirements: 50 students taught and good English skills or the language of the country in which you are teaching.
Monthly license fee: €495 net
Commission: from €1 = 5%, from €10,000 = 7%, from €30,000 = 9%, from €60,000 = 15%.
10 course participants abroad + the three levels achieved.

Can be terminated monthly, except for Expert level, where termination is only possible starting from the second month, as the first month is a welcome gift and no license fee is charged.

Commission Payment:

The total revenue from the purchase and sales revenue of the students is summed up at the end of the month.

Every month, the purchase revenue is reset to zero, and the percentages are paid out according to the revenue.

2. Category – Train and Trainer (Supreme) Direct Entry!

Earnings Plans:

1. Train and Trainer train trainers:

Task: Train trainers who then teach students.
Commission payment based on the total revenue of each trainer and their students.
Commission: from €1 = 3%, from €30,000 = 5%, from €60,000 = 6%, from €80,000 = 8%.

2. Trainer, in Train and Trainer Conversion:

If a normal trainer that you have registered wants to become a Train and Trainer Supreme, they will remain under this trainer. They will receive a flat 7% in the first level and a flat 3% in the second level from the total revenue of purchases and sales from trainers and students/course participants.

3. Course Participants: Train and Trainer trains beauticians, dermatologists, and alternative practitioners:

Commission Payment: The total revenue from the purchase and sales revenue of the trained partners is summed up at the end of the month.
Commission: from €1 = 5%, from €10,000 = 7%, from €30,000 = 9%, from €60,000 = 15%.
Every month, the purchase revenue is reset to zero, and the percentages are paid out according to the revenue.

4. Additional Earning Commission:

Training fee per course participant and trainee: €500 per person for the Spongles course offline.
Purchase and sales margin online or offline in retail.
