Authenticity of Reviews

Reviews on our website can only be submitted by customers with a registered user account, and only for products they have actually purchased from us. The review feature is activated only after a purchase has been made.

Exclusive Manual Review: Every incoming review is manually screened and checked by us. We examine the content of the review for logical inconsistencies and other irregularities.

Duplicate reviews for the same product are technically not possible. A user account can only review a purchased product once, even if it has been ordered multiple times.
